A rejuvenating Hatha Vinyasa yoga practice focusing on hips, legs and twists to support your longboarding and surfskating. Ideal for skaters or anyone needing a good stretch and deep breath. Jaycee had to cancel and we now have the most amazing teacher, Chelsea (@peaceofcake_yoga) teaching one class in the morning. Chelsea is a qualified teacher in vinyasa and restorative yoga and applies a compassionate, inclusive and trauma-informed approach to her teaching.
