Bradley Stoke Skatepark

Skate Spot

Bradley Stoke is a compact skatepark that's great for practising flow and linking carving turns around the different features. The bowl and mellow banks work really well for building pumping technique, carrying speed and generating more height through your turns, all without needing to drop in.

It's also a good place to practise reading a skatepark and choosing your own lines as you move between the bowl, banks and street features. As your confidence grows, you can start linking features together and maintaining your flow through the park.

Meeting Point

You will meet your teacher on the benches between the car park and the skatepark . What3Words: ///honest.softly.escape

Parking Info

Free car parking is available right next to the skate park. What3Words: ///cubs.proper.curvy

Facilities

There is a number of shops and cafes just a short walk away with water and toilet facilities, including SOHO Coffee in the leisure centre (What3Words: ///stack.finds.retire) and across Bradley Stoke Way in the Willow Brook Shopping Centre (What3Words: ///magic.wiping.flat)

Environment

Because it's quite a small skatepark, it can sometimes feel busy when it's shared with skateboarders, scooters and BMX riders. If you can, I'd recommend visiting during quieter times, such as weekday mornings or evenings outside of school holidays.

Bradley Stoke Skatepark is an open air skate spot and therefore is affected by bad weather. Please find out more about our bad weather cancellation policy here

It is lit with floodlights after dark.
