Kids Holiday Camps

Our small group, half-day, kids' holiday camps for boys and girls are broken into two age groups:

1. Juniors (ages 6–8)

2. Seniors (ages 9-12)

For beginners, we start with the essentials: how to fall safely, basic pushing, carving and braking, building confidence on the board from the ground up.

From there, what we explore depends on the group, the location and how the kids are feeling on the day. This might include dance and freestyle, trying some gentle sliding with full protective gear, or playing with a little more speed and flow. If we’re at a skatepark, we may explore surfskate manoeuvres and build confidence in that environment.

🛹 Equipment
All equipment is included. If your child has their own board, helmet or pads, they’re very welcome to bring them.

🥪 What to bring
A mid-morning snack, plenty of water, and suncream on hot days.

Beginner-friendly outdoor spots with toilet facilities nearby, including:

• Ashton Court Estate (Bristol)

• Ashton Gate Stadium (Bristol) (Skate foundations & surfskate on the flat, dance & freestyle, potential pump track time at Brunel Way)

• The Wave (Bristol)(Skate foundations & surfskate on the flat, dance & freestyle, pump track foundations).

• St George Skate Park (Skate foundations & surfskate)

• Alice Park (Bath) (Skate foundations & surfskate)

• The Arc (Chippenham) (Intermediate Surfskate)

🕘 Session length
Half-day camps run from 9am–12pm. This works best for children’s energy levels and the locations we use. We’ve listened to feedback and are exploring longer day camps in the future where it feels right.
