Millennium Square in Bristol is a prime location for skaters, offering a spacious, smooth, and flat area perfect for cruising and practicing basic skills. The open design of the square provides plenty of room to skate without obstacles, making it ideal for beginners and experienced riders alike. The wide, even surface allows for easy movement, whether you're working on your balance or just enjoying a relaxed session. Located in the heart of Bristol's Harbourside area, it’s a popular spot for both locals and visitors. The square's central location means it's easily accessible, and its flat, uninterrupted surface makes it a great place for longboarding or general skating, offering a calm and controlled environment to enjoy skating in the city.

Meeting Point

Teachers will normally set up on the long concrete bench near the centre of the square (What3Words: ///august.lease.dime) however their can be various events on that take up parts of the square so this may change slightly but your teacher will let you know where to go before the session.

Parking Info

There is numerous car parking places available in the centre of Bristol but the most convenient is Millennium Square Car Park which is right underneath the square. What3Words: ///fake.stump.labs

There are public toilets at the square and a number of cafes and resturants around the square. 

Environment

Millennium Square is partially lit so it can be used as an evening skate spot however it is also an open air skate spot and therefore is affected by bad weather. Please find out more about our bad weather cancellation policy here.
