Skate Spot
The Arc skate bowl in Chippenham is a smooth, purpose-built concrete space ideal for surfskating.
With its flowing lines, open transitions, and well-shaped curves, the bowl offers a great environment to practice carving, pumping, and maintaining flow without needing to push. There are both mellow and steeper sections, accommodating all skill levels, whether you're building confidence or refining your turns.
For advanced riders, you can drop in or roll in, giving a couple of options to build height and speed.

The Arc has its own on site car parking for a small fee or walkable from the Chippenham Bus and Train Stations.
Facilities
The Arc has a water fill up point, cafe and toilet. (Plus climbing walls if you want to try another extreme sport!)
Environment
The Arc is an open air skate spot and therefore is affected by bad weather. Please find out more about our bad weather cancellation policy here. Additionally it is not lit particularly well so may not be suitable after dark skate sessions.
