Danielle teaches Hatha Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, Guided Meditation and Breathwork. Her approach helps you listen to YOUR body and tune in to our innate intelligence.

We skate because it's FUN and to be able to do it for years to come we need to keep mobile! Danielle's playful approach breaks barriers encouraging all shapes and personalities to the mat.

  • Is the class suitable for beginners?
    Absolutely, all sessions are suitable for all levels. There are options for those who have never stood on a mat before to those who like to stay upside down! Throughout the class, postures will have adaptations for all, this is YOUR practice so please listen to your body and do what feels right!
  • Can I borrow a mat?
    Let me know in advance via email or message and I'll bring you one.
  • Can I bring a friend?
    Yes! Please bring anyone along who you think could benefit from the session, we just ask that they book online in advance. If you bring a friend then let us know and we can send you a coupon for your next booking to say thanks! ☺️
