Yoga for Skaters In-Person in Bristol
Every Wednesday at 7:45 pm, we gather at The Wild Box in Bedminster, Bristol for an evening session that’s all about skaters coming together to unwind, recharge, and connect. We’re a laid-back crew, ending every session with a cup of herbal tea to wind down together.
Whether you’re a long-time yogi, have some skate aches that need attention or are just curious, this class is for everyone.
The class begins with a Hatha Vinyasa style flow focusing on mobility and balance, from ankles to hips to shoulders. Each session ends with a Yin to Restorative element to calm the nervous system and bring calm into busy lives.
