Pump Track Courses

To get the most out of a pump track, it really helps to already feel comfortable pushing, carving and controlling your board. If you’ve got those foundations, this course is your invitation to take them somewhere more playful.

Over three weeks, we’ll introduce you to pump tracks and help you refine your technique by gradually progressing to more challenging tracks. You’ll learn how to generate speed using your body, flow smoothly through rollers and banks, and ride with more confidence and control.

Bristol is packed with brilliant pump tracks, and there’s no better way to experience them than with a hype crew, shared laughs and a well-earned pint at the pub afterwards to relive the good bits.

🎯 More technical coaching, drills and individual feedback
🌿 Explore trickier terrain and more varied locations
✨ Build flow, control and confidence at higher speeds
🧡 Small crew energy, bigger progression

What to Expect

Pump tracks are all about rhythm, timing and trust in your body. In these sessions, we focus on helping you feel how to move efficiently around the track, rather than muscling your way through it.

You’ll learn how to use compression and extension to build speed without pushing, how to read the shape of the track, and how small adjustments in posture and gaze can completely change how a run feels.

Sessions are relaxed, playful and supportive, with plenty of time to repeat sections, ask questions and build confidence at your own pace. We finish each session with an optional pub stop nearby, because reflecting, laughing and connecting is all part of the learning.

All boards, helmets and pads can be provided, or bring your own setup.
