Longboarding Improvers is for riders who can already roll, push and turn, but want things to feel smoother, more controlled and a bit more exciting.

We’ll start by tidying up the basics: stronger, more efficient pushing, tighter carves and cleaner footbraking so you can manage your speed without panicking. You’ll get more comfortable riding a little faster, handling gentle hills and rolling over less-than-perfect surfaces.

We’ll also dive into simple “board skills” that make a big difference, like tightening and loosening your trucks, taking your board apart, and understanding how small set-up changes affect the way it rides. Throughout, there’s plenty of time to practise, repeat, wobble and ask questions.

By the end, you’ll feel more stable at speed, more precise in your turns and far more in tune with your board, ready for cruising, commuting or the more technical classes that come next.
